Tenant Vacating Notice (Lease Not Expired)

I/We herby give notice of my/our intention to vacate the following property

I/We understand that this is breaking the residential Tenancy Agreement and as a result
we are required to pay for:

• Paying rent until either a new tenant moves into the property or until the Agreement expires. (whichever happens first)
• Paying AJ Portelli Real Estate a letting fee equal to one week/s rent for finding a suitable tenant.
• Paying the costs of any advertising incurred on the property $50 +GST.
• Paying the costs of the new Tenancy Agreement $15.00.
